What it is
A starlight headliner is a custom installation of fiber-optic strands threaded through your headliner so the ends glow like stars against a dark roof. Done well, it looks like a starry night sky inside your vehicle — and it's one of our most popular and most photographed customizations.
How it works
A central light source feeds a bundle of fiber-optic strands, each ending in a tiny point of light in the headliner. The strands themselves carry no electricity — only light — which is why the install is safe and the stars stay cool. You choose the star count, the brightness, and whether the stars are static, gently twinkling, or color-changing.
What you can choose
- Star count — from a subtle handful to a dense sky.
- Brightness — dimmable to match the mood.
- Twinkling or static — gentle motion or a steady field of light.
- Color-changing options on some builds.
What the install involves
The headliner comes out, the fiber strands are routed and secured, the headliner is reinstalled, and the light source is wired cleanly. It takes more labor than most upgrades because of the precision, but the result is striking. We'll show you star count and effect options and give you an honest time estimate when you book.
